1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site and placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

We sell to customers located in the United States only. By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ and able to enter binding contracts.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Prices shown are in USD and do not include taxes or shipping (unless indicated). We may contact you to confirm or clarify an order.

4. Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Shipping methods: We use USPS or UPS. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout.
• International shipping: We do not ship outside the United States.
• Risk of loss: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier; please inspect packages on arrival and report issues within 7 days.

5. Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or items that are materially different from the product description. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@wonderscenes.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will be happy to help arrange a refund or replacement. Return shipping will be covered for eligible items.

To help us resolve issues fairly and efficiently, we may request additional information or documentation to verify the issue. All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine that our return policy is being abused or if a claim cannot be reasonably verified.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. At this time, cancellations apply to the entire order only; individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately. If a cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. A refund processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable charges incurred by our payment processing partner. The refund processing fee will be calculated based on your payment amount and will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.

How to cancel an order:

1. Click the account icon in the header and open Account.
2. Select Orders from the left menu.
3. Locate your order. If its status is ORDER RECEIVED (and not SHIPPED, FULFILLED, or CANCELLED), a Cancel button will be available.
4. Click Cancel as soon as possible to request cancellation. The refund processing fee will be presented at this step.

Once an order has been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy, if applicable.

7. Taxes

Customers are responsible for sales tax where applicable; taxes will be calculated at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this site, including text, original images, graphics, logos, and site design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Certain images, titles, or references displayed on the site may be the property of third-party copyright holders and are used with attribution, permission, or in accordance with applicable laws. All trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content from this site without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Products are sold "as is" unless expressly warranted.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the order amount paid by you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
