Omotesando
Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Quick Fact
Omotesando is a zelkova tree-lined boulevard in Tokyo, often described as the city's Champs-Élysées. It is known for upscale boutiques, stylish cafés, and distinctive architecture. Beyond the main avenue, countless back alleys branch out, home to small shops, hidden galleries, and intimate spaces that feel far removed from the boulevard's polish. No matter how often I walk these streets, I always find something new. Omotesando remains my ideal destination for a slow city stroll, window shopping, and understated cultural discovery.
